Astrophysics made accessible
I want the science of the Universe to reach people too often left out of it, with inclusion built into the design from the start.
Creative astrophysics with the MoSAIC
As the holder of an STFC Sparks Award, I run a programme of creative astrophysics outreach in partnership with the MoSAIC, including infrared-painting workshops at the Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution. It is designed with neurodivergent pupils and under-represented groups in STEM in mind.

Simulation movies
I share movies of our galaxy-formation simulations on my YouTube channel.
Research in the press
Recent press releases on our work include Taylor et al. 2025 in Nature and Julio et al. 2025 on dark matter. Earlier work on how dwarf galaxies re-ignite star formation was covered in Science News, and I am an external expert for Sky & Telescope.
